Deals & Discounts
One of the perks of being a college/university student is that you’ll get spoiled with many deals online or in the physical world. Since this website is online, it makes sense that I show you some online deals specifically created for college students. Some of the deals down below are 100% free, and others are either free trials or discounted prices. Either way, you’re getting a good deal if you need the services. Don’t get things that you don’t need just because they’re cheaper, please. Also, I want to emphasize the first package (GitHub student developer package), I think you should get this package ASAP due to the great offers they have (it’s FREE to signup). And if you have any other suggestions for deals and discounts made for college students you can contact me and let me know about it, and I’ll try to add it to this page. Enjoy!
In my opinion, this pack is very useful to all college students and not just developer students. You could find deals like a free 6 months Canva membership. Or even a free domain name for your website. I think this is the best student package ever (since I’m a software engineering major I’m probably biased).
Apple music offers a 3 months free trial as well as a discounted monthly fee after the trial. The price might vary depending on your region so you might have to check this one out.
Spotify, Hulu, and Showtime offer a package for students that costs 4.99$ in the US. This is a pretty good deal for those that watch movies and TV shows often. For me personally I just use Spotify. You should also note that Hulu will come with ads in this package, but I think that it’s a fair compromise for the price.
Amazon offers a 6 months free trial for students as well as a discounted price after that. This means you will enjoy free next day delivery for 6 months.
Adobe creative cloud suite is the complete package when it comes to anything related to design and content creation. From Photoshop to Premiere and many more. They offer a free trial as well as a discounted price for students and teachers.
University and college students can pick any of the 3800+ courses on Coursera and learn for free. I personally use Coursera to learn about topics that I’m interested in such as Graphic design, machine learning, marketing, and more.
